From the words of these students,we can see how ignorant and naive they are.Now many physical education teachers and teaching teachers almost exist in the physical education of students.They don't bring phys ical education into the teaching at all.Students are phys ical The value of education and exerc ise and the relationship between learning and exercise are not clear.The education of sports values is basically nonexistent.Even if such students are admitted to university,they will lose a lot in the development of life under the lack of Sports Outlook on life.Therefore,this paper aims to improve the comprehensive ab ility of physical education teachers by investigating the current situation of physical education teachers in Shache county and analyzing it.In this paper,the physical education teachers of Shache county junior high school,senior high school and vocational high school are taken as the objects of investigation.Through field visit,questionnaire survey,online search for relevant literature,discussion with school leaders in charge of physical education and excellent physical education teachers,sorting out and summarizing the obtained data,and other relevant analysis are carried out to understand the current s ituation of physical education teachers in Shache County,and countermeasures are put forward for Shache county The reform of school physical education provides reference and draws the following conclusions:(1)The proportion of teachers and students of physical education teachers in Shache county is quite d ifferent.There are 30 junior high schools,4 senior high schools and 2 vocational high schools surveyed,and the number of students,93262 people,312 physical education teachers,the ratio of students to teachers is 298:1,and in the survey,it is also learned that many physical education teachers are engaged in school leadership,logistics,personnel work,financ ial work and other part-time jobs,and can not devote themselves to physical education teaching,plus the students do not pay attention to physical education,do not know the importance of warm-up before sports,School There is no special guidance measures and so on,which leads to the lack of physical education in schools.(2)In Shache County,the number of PE teachers with bachelor degree is the largest,and there are many junior colleges,which can basically meet the relevant requirements of high school PE teaching.However,with the development of society and the reform of education,the requirements of various specialties will also be improved,According to the survey,most of the physical education teachers in Shache county are willing to improve their academic qualifications,but their own abilities are limited and lack of relevant resources.Therefore,it is necessary for the school and the government to issue relevant policies to encourage teachers to carry out further education to improve their academic qualifications.The development of school physical education must be comprehensive and characteristic,so that the school's physical culture can be established,and must be in line with the society At present,the development of the three major balls has become a standard to evaluate the development of a school's physical education.The questionnaire survey shows that 21 of the physical education teachers have obtained the certificate of the second-class athletes,accounting for 7%,of which 3 are basketball second-class athletes,accounting for 1%,9 are football second-class athletes,accounting for 3%,6 are volleyball second-class athletes,accounting for 2%,and Tian There are three second-class athletes,accounting for 1%.No athletes of elite and international elite enter the ranks of PE teachers.According to the survey,the number of PE teachers of the three major ball majors in Shache county is reasonable,but there is a lack of high-level PE talents.The train is not fast and all depends on the head belt.Therefore,outstanding professional ability and scientific research ability are the most needed PE talents at present ?(3)Questionnaire survey shows that only 12 PE teachers have pub lished sports research papers,9 of them are provincial journals,3 are comprehensive journals,no one has published articles in core journals,and the status quo of scientific research is poor.The reasons for the poor scientific researc h of physical education teachers are as follows: first,the lack of hardware conditions of scientific research results in the uneven scientific research structure of physical education teachers in Shache County;second,the lack of a strong atmosphere for scientific research in physical education teaching and management,coupled with the school's lack of attention to physical education,which makes it difficult to carry out scientific research;third,the heavy workload of physical education teachers;fourth,the physical education in schools Lack of management of teachers and PE Teachers?(4)In the investigation of the professional titles of middle school physical education teachers,it is found that 69% of them are junior professional titles,26% are intermed iate professional titles,and 5% are senior professional titles.From the number of junior,intermed iate and senior professional titles,it can be seen that the number of senior professional titles is relatively small,which leads to the poor top-level design of physical education and teaching in schools.(5)At present,the most referees in Shache county are mainly track and field and foot basket volleyball.There are 17 first level referees,accounting for 5.7%,49 second level referees,accounting for 16.2%,19 track and field referees,accounting for 6.3%,and 200 foot basket Volleyball Referees,accounting for 66.2%.There are few first level referees,and there is no national level referees,which does not have a competitive advantage for the development of autonomous region projects.(6)In the survey,it is found that 52% of physical education teachers take the role of sports team coach in the school,and nearly 150 people in 36 middle schools are engaged in the work of physical education coach,which basically meets the number of middle school physical education coaches.However,the abilities of these physical education coaches are uneven,and many of them are not physical education majors,just teachers who have played basketball,football and volleyball is not good for the long-term development of sports.(7)According to the questionnaire of students' evaluation of PE teachers,63% of PE teachers are liked by students,32% of them think that PE Teachers' sense of responsibility is not strong,most PE classes are free activities,5% of them think PE class is not interesting,they don't like PE class,most of them still like PE class,which needs PE Teachers' active guidance and in-depth development Exhib ition education and teaching.In view of the existing problems,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)At present,the construction of physical education teachers is the first step for the development of school physical education.School leaders should plan from a high level,and schools that attach importance to the development of physical education must be able to go further.(2)Teachers are encouraged to improve their academic qualifications through self-study examinations or other ways.(3)Strengthen the study of sports related policies and promote the strength and depth of sports reform(4)At present,the level of scientific research of PE teachers directly prevents the overall level of PE teachers.It is urgent to strengthen the study of theoretical level of scientific research and the operation of practical scientific research.(5)Improve the level of scientific research treatment of physical education teachers,and further stabilize the team of teachers. |
