The era of information technology on the talents of the new requirements,social needs more intelligent people, creative talents, lifelong learning, talent andlearning talents. This is bound to change the traditional school education. Schooleducation the key to change lies in the improvement of teachers ’information literacylevel of teachers’ information literacy and teacher training mode has a greatrelationship. Through primary and secondary teacher training status of theinvestigation, compared the teachers’ technical ability and quality requirementsdrawn: in teacher training in the past, there are trained teachers in the enthusiasm andinitiative of the passive acceptance of the status, participation in training, trainingcontent can not be meet the teachers’ actual teaching needs, the teachers teachingsubjects for effective integration. With the new educational ideas to take root, trainedteachers in training in the dominant position of a certain degree of regression, moreand more teachers require to enjoy high-quality training resources, flexible trainingmodel. At this point, the need to explore a more practical and efficient teachertraining, to meet the needs of education and teaching of primary and secondaryschool teachers.Build a new teacher training: teacher training model based on service-orientedhybrid. The model to a blended learning theory as a guide, and network learningplatform for the support. Through questionnaires, interviews of the teachers willreceive training to better understand the learning characteristics and instructionalneeds of teachers, according to the teaching needs and learning styles for teachers fortheir "rich and varied training. By adding the network training courses, developmentof quality teacher training resources, training for teachers in the different needs ofdifferent disciplines. Classroom teachers are being trained to carry out the analysis ofthe questionnaire, in order to improve the teaching model to adjust teaching process.Trained teachers in the training process is to pay attention to the initiative, attentionto teachers’ existing knowledge and background, through the establishment oflearning communities, and more cooperation to teachers to build their ownknowledge and skills, cultivate the spirit of cooperation and explore the ability oftrained teachers. Finally, practical results to show the teachers as the main evaluationmethods. The teacher’s personality differences be fully respected and reflected.By training teachers, questionnaires, interviews, analysis, and (the design of questionnaires and interviews from the training the teachers’ enthusiasm for learning,learning attitude, as well as comparison with the previous teaching model) Summary:Web-based teaching platform hybrid teacher training model is a practical andefficient mode of training, and help to promote the professional development ofteachers and teaching capabilities.
