Blended training is a kind of training which combines the traditional training with digital trainingaccording to the trainees’ actual level and the demand of teaching to achieve the best training effect.Blended training is flexible for it includes both the advantages of traditional face-to-face way of trainingand the new digital training, thus it can save the cost, raising learning efficiency and optimize the trainingeffect. Now China is going through the age of applying IT to education, promoting teachers’professionalization and striving to develop its vocational education, and blended training is the timely help.In view of this, this paper carried out the research of blended training model to improve the technicalcapacity of teacher Education in the secondary vocational schools.This paper first researches the present study of teachers’ education technology training and the studyof the different patterns of blended training in both China and abroad, and then it expounds the concept ofeducation technology, the teacher’s ability of education technology, information technology as well assummarizes teacher’s IT ability and the learning patterns of middle vocational school teachers and therequirement of educational technology for them. Based on the above study, this paper put forward thedesign principle, model, process, and the elements in the process of design of essential factors, instructionalstrategies, and ways of evaluation for the middle vocational teachers’ blended training. This study, byinvestigating the Hebi Electromechanical and Information Engineering School, also makes a survey of itsteachers’ educational technology ability and evaluates its training environment and resources, then thisstudy designs and puts into effect the A Blended Training Plan for the Teachers in Hebi Electromechanicaland Information Engineering School. A case study is carried out through a course of emulation technique toshow the process of blended training in teaching. At last, this paper makes a summary of the study, givesthe conclusion and shortcomings of the present study as well as suggestions for prospective studies. Thisstudy demonstrates that blended training is workable and effective in training the middle vocational schoolteachers and it is worth popularizing.The innovation of this study lies in that it, through theoretical study, puts forward a blended trainingmodel for the middle vocational school teachers and uses this design in the training of middle vocational school teachers’ educational technology to test it. The result shows that school-based blended training canimprove the training effect with lower cost, and this is a good combination of the theory with the actualsituation of the middle vocational schools.
