| A nation's hope lies in education, and the key to the revitalization of education lies in teachers. To build a high level team of professional teachers, is the historical responsibility of education reformation. During such reformation, the most important part is the pre-service training on primary and secondary teachers. In order to regulate the construction of teachers, the reform on teachers qualification system has been started in 2015, which undoubtedly has a great impact on the pre-service training of teachers, especially in primary and secondary school teachers. Under the new situation with the teacher education level attention increasingly rising, the comprehensive quality training of teachers in primary and secondary schools has received widespread attention.In this study, the author take the reform of the teachers' qualification system in 2015 as a cut-in point, carding the development status of Teachers Education in China under the current educational background and then make a detail and systematic exposition on some related theories on primary and secondary school teachers' pre-service training. The key point is focusing on the analysis of the series changes caused by two policies. "Temporal Methods on Primary and Secondary Teacher Qualification Examination" and Temporal Methods on Primary and Secondary School Teachers Qualifications Regular Registration", and the impact and challenges brought about to the normal school pre-service teachers' training.Besides, by questionnaire and interview, the author take a comprehensive understanding and investigation on one Fujian X university's primary and secondary pre-service teachers' training status. As that basis, an analysis and summary on the current problem in primary and secondary pre-service teachers'training comes out. Finally, based on the new situation, this study explores an effective approach on pre-service training for primary and secondary school teachers. |
