In recent years, entrepreneurship has become the representative word of successfor individual, organization or even nation. Therefore, researching and developingentrepreneurship education have been booming in developed and developing countries,meanwhile they also think entrepreneurship education as a prevention of prudentialpolicy of economic decline or stagnation. Entrepreneurship education as early as1987had been formally incorporated into the management discipline, and now in the globalentrepreneurship education can be seen in universities and colleges everywhere.Research center about entrepreneurship education has been shifted from curriculumdevelopment to assessing the effects on entrepreneurship education, but researches onknowledge management of entrepreneurship education are rare. This article discussesthe changes brought about by the entrepreneurship education at the individual leveland organizational level from the perspective of knowledge spillover, so as to give aexplanation about promotion that entrepreneurship education has brought to regionaleconomic development.Firstly, this paper defines the connotation of entrepreneurship education andknowledge spillover, extends the content of entrepreneurial mission from theperspective of knowledge spillover, gives the hypothesis is mutual benefit betweenentrepreneurship education and economic development, points out three paths ofknowledge overflow.Secondly, in the effect of knowledge spillover, based on the assumption toresearch the changes of entrepreneurship education on the individual level includingentrepreneurial will and self-employment, the organizational level includingtechnology transfer and spin-off, these two changing aspects promote the developmentof an innovative society jointly.Finally, on the basis of the previous analysis, the article analyzes the overflowcapacity of China’s knowledge spillover of entrepreneurship education. The analysis based on the entrepreneurship of college graduates, university technology transfer andspin-off companies; comprehensive analysis of the development and practice ofChinese entrepreneurship education from university academic research status, scienceparks and technology transfer institutions three areas.In the end, this paper puts forward some suggestions for entrepreneurshipeducation developing in China from universities, government and the private sectorthree areas in order to better promote the development of Chinese entrepreneurshipeducation.This article explains the changes of innovation-oriented society brought about byentrepreneurship education in theoretically, analyzes path selection and effects ofknowledge spillover of entrepreneurship education, and also finds the lack age andevidence for itself and other scholars to research further according to various practicalindicators of China.
