Research On Knowledge Network Of University Spin-out Enterprise From Knowledge Heterogeneity

With the deepening of economic globalization and the rapid rise of the knowledgeeconomy, the role of knowledge is an increasingly important in the economy andenterprise development. The attention about knowledge transfer and the problem ofindustrialization is increasing day by day. University spin-off enterprises is one ofimportant models about knowledge transfer and industrialization, and graduallybecome a research hotspot in the late20th century， although, it madea certain amount of research progress and results, it has not yet formed amature theory to guide its direction. Currently, the research about the knowledgenetwork of university spin-out enterprise is still less, this paper regards universityspin-out enterprise as the research object, based on literature searching, trying tosystematically research the network of university spin-out enterprise and its evolutionmechanism from Knowledge heterogeneity.Start with the evolution of university’s function to explain the transformation ofscientific and technology due to this function of university service to the society. Baseon the heterogeneity of three angles that the attribute of knowledge, the subject ofknowledge and the spatial of knowledge, this article analyzes the elements andstructure of university spin-off enterprise.This article analysis dynamically the growth mechanism of the knowledgenetwork of university spin-off enterprise. On the one hand, this paper analysesmechanism of within the endogenous, mechanism of endogenous outward andmechanism of within the exogenous in connection with the formation of knowledgenetwork of university spin-off enterprise; On the other hand, this paper analyses trialand error mechanism, integration mechanism, deepen mechanism in process of theknowledge network of university spin-off enterprise.On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper research the spin-off enterprise ofTsinghua University-Tsinghua Tongfang, revealing mechanism of knowledge networkof university spin-off enterprise according to case studies. Case study shows that thecoupling of heterogeneous knowledge resources from knowledge network is the keythat university spin-off enterprise grows rapidly, and the basis of enhancing theircompetitiveness.
