The Study On Regional Higher Education Resource Accumulation And Allocation

In recent years, with the rapid development of knowledge economy, highereducation and regional economy is increasingly close ties. Higher education resourcesas the regional economic and social development one of the important material basis, itsefficiency will directly affect the regional economic and social development and thehealth of the overall improvement of regional competition ability. The study is based onthe strategy requirement of improving the overall quality of higher educationconnotation development and network technology brings the transformation of methodsof resource allocation, system development the theory and practice research of regionalhigher education resources accumulation and allocation, to deepen the reform of highereducation system, accelerate the globalization of higher education and the developmentof information technology, expand breeding and optimal allocation of higher educationresources in China, improve the overall level of China’s higher education development,promote regional coordination of sustainable development and the construction ofsocialist harmonious society is of great theoretical and practical significance.The study based on the higher education resource allocation situation of the east,middle, west and northeast four regional, using a new type of non-radial method ofDEA--SBM model to determine regional higher education resource allocationefficiency in China, and based on the economic theory of convergence, using theendogenous economic growth model to the four regional higher education resourceallocation and its impact on regional economic development difference analysis. Studyfound that: regional higher education resource allocation in China is unbalanced state,different resource allocation of regional higher education to the development of regionaleconomy difference function, regional coordinated development remains to be furtheroptimized allocation of resources. The study on quantitative analysis of calculus on thebasis of the conclusion, qualitative analysis the constraint factor of regional highereducation resource accumulation and allocation, found that history system arrangementis the main factor to affect the allocation of resources, and the development of moderninformation technology to area resource to optimize configuration offers the possibility,finally, from the perspective of the system arrangement and technical support, proposal the system policy design and technical route selection to promote regional highereducation resource accumulation and allocation.
