The Correlation Empirical Analysis Of Town Area Development,Oasis,Population And Resource In Northern Xinjiang

The development of urban area is influenced by various factors,as one of the representative of the city cluster in northwest arid areas,a complex associated coupling mechanism is formed among the systems of the development of urban area,the oasis,the population and the resources because of the special geographical position and the way of development in the regional urban of Northern Xinjiang.The ultimate goal of regional development is sustainable development, and regional harmonious development is the foundation of sustainable development and core content.Though the continued going of west region development provides policy guarantee for the regional urban of Northern Xinjiang, fragile oasis system, unique population system and single resource system all constituted a threat. Therefore, there is a profound theory and practical significance in studying the associated coupling among the development of the regional urban of Northern Xinjiang,oasis population and resources.First,the research status of associated of these four systems at home and abroad were combed with the method of qualitative analysis,the related concept and theory also were finished,the present situation and existing problems in four systems were analysed,on this basis, the index system of the coordinated development was established,the grey correlation degrees among the index of the systems were calculated by using the grey correlation analysing method in order to ensure the the objectivity of the results,the indexes which grey correlation degree under0.7were eliminated,then the weighs for the indexes were assigned by using the entropy value method,and the fluctuation processes were studied with the Markov chain model,the trend factors during2000-2012were also calculated and compared, the coordination degree and coordination development degree of8towns in the regional urban of Northern Xinjiang were calculated and analysed by using the coordination model,which cities were all representative,the corelation between fluctuation process of these four systems and the coordination development degree was analysed, then the inner mechanism of multiple connection among four systems was put forward on the basis of the various quantitative analysis,finally the existing problem and the solution were put forward in the end of the paper.The results show that:14cities constituted the main body of the economic development in Xinjiang,there was a associated coupling mechanism among the systems of the development of regional urban,the oasis,the population and the resource;the change trend of four system trend factor is not consistent, and there is a big difference,an obvious fluctuation were showed in time and space;the coordinated development degree is not high in the regional urban of Northern Xinjiang,the states were wandered between barely coordination and on the verge of discover,there were no cities got the states of good or excellent coordination;a complex associated coupling mechanism existed among these four systems:the system of development of regional urban was the dynamic system,oasis system is the body system population system is the support system, and the resource system is the support system.
