A Study On The Coupling Coordination Between Human Resource Development And Regional Economic Development In Xinjiang

China's current economy has changed from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,and continuous promotion of economic construction and social development is still the focus of the work at this stage.Under the background of steady economic development of the current era,as the core of the country's economic development.The core of development is people.Human resources are the most elite part of human resources and the support of the sustainable development of regional economy.Therefore,the development of human resources is the primary task of mining more human resources.Human resource development is the direction of human development in the current knowledge economy,rather than relying on natural resources.Human resource development is the core issue to solve the gap between regional economic development in China,and it needs a long process.Xinjiang,as one of the western regions in China,has a large gap with the developed regions in terms of economic and social development.Therefore,this study takes Xinjiang as the research object,discusses the development level of human resources development and regional economy in Xinjiang from 2000 to 2018,conducts coupling correlation analysis between the two systems,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of human resources and regional economy in Xinjiang according to the research results.On the basis of reading a large number of relevant literature and theories,and using the relevant data of Xinjiang statistical yearbook from 2000 to 2018,this paper first gives a comprehensive overview of the current situation of human resource development and economy in Xinjiang.Secondly,the two systems select a total of 33 relevant indicators to build a comprehensive index system of human resource development and regional economic development in Xinjiang.The entropy method is used to calculate the index weight,and the coupling degree is further established.The coupling coordination degree model is used to calculate the coupling co scheduling between the two systems.According to the calculated coordination degree value,the coordinated development types are divided.And analyze the correlation degree of the influencing factors of the coordinated development of the two systems.From the research results,Xinjiang human resource development and regional economic development has a high coupling relationship,and the coupling coordination degree rises from 0.146460 in 2000 to 0.948140 in 2018.The two systems are developing towards high-quality coordination,which indicates that the relationship between the two systems is getting closer and closer,and the development between the two systems is becoming more and more regular.From the development level of the two systems from 2000 to 2018,except for2012,2013,2014,2017,the development level of human resources in other years lags behind the development level of regional economy.Through the analysis of the influencing factors of coordinated development,it shows that the correlation degree of human resource development factors on regional economic development is in the order of human resource development input,the highest correlation degree,the second is quality factors,the third is human resource allocation and quantity factors,and the fourth is human resource allocation and quantity factors.
