Backup talent cultivation system is still not enough perfect; Lack of funding, too dependent on government appropriation;The coach scientific selection is not reasonable; Lagging economic development; Scientific training level is not high, the training facilities is humble; The athlete culture learning and training are contradictions; Athletes way is not clear and so on.(2)Our province tennis reserve talented person management mode is backward and training system is flawed.(3)Tennis reserve talented person training units in our province is too little, and the young tennis population accounts for the total number of our province youth proportion is too little. Popularization of tennis in adolescents is not enough and hasn’t reached to our province and national transportation tennis reserve talented person’s quantity and size.(4)Education system and training system in our province are not harmonious, which can’t deal with the contradiction between culture learning and sports training, result in athletes cultural learning has not learned well,and sport training effect is not very ideal.(5)Our province do not have a high level of scientific selection of athletes, and the coaches coaching level is not high, and the lack of coaching experience, knowledge update more slowly, and the trend of the development of the modern sport cannot timely master; Coaches title, academic diplomas, age structure remains to be rationalization, and should focus on the training of coaches.(6) Training Ground of adolescent tennis athletes in our province is humble, which has little red clay training venues, and funds nervous, most training ground quantity can’t meet the number of training, most areas do not have medical supervision system.(7)The scientific management system of our province ball management center is not enough, everything is given priority to with competitive performance, competition and practice is not closely; the phenomenon of the instant success and to pull up the seedlings to help them grow exists.
