Research On The Training Model Of Tennis Reserve Personnel In Fuzhou

Tennis reserve talent is an important symbol to measure the development level of a region, and the reserve personnel training mode determines the quality of training talents.Using many methods such as literature method, expert interview method, and questionnaire survey method, based on the current situation of junior tennis development in Fujian Province as the background, the situation of Fuzhou City tennis reserve personnel training mode development was analyzed from the athletes, coaches, etc. Problems and suggestions are put forward to construct general frame of the future tennis reserve personnel training mode in Fuzhou City. The results are as follows:(1)The Fuzhou tennis reserve personnel training mode realized diversification. But the overall scale of training is small.(2)There are some problems of athletes in the operation of tennis reserve talents in Fuzhou, for example:single channel for athletes, less competition opportunities, deficiency of cultural etiquette, adult-oriented training plan.(3) There are some problems of coach in the operation of tennis reserve talents in Fuzhou, for example:low degree and level of research, imperfect continuing education system, the irrational evaluation mechanism.(4) There are some problems of resource allocation in the operation of tennis reserve talents in Fuzhou, for example:serious lack of site and scientific research resources, single source of funds.(5) There are some problems of competition mechanism in the operation of tennis reserve talents in Fuzhou, for example:single nature of the game, the neglect of the introduction and the undertaking of the high level youth sports events, no league system.(6) There are some problems of security mechanism in the operation of tennis reserve talents in Fuzhou, for example:"Science and education revitalize sports" in the conceptual phase, the weak scientific training concept of the coach.
