The traditional culture of the nation is all the achievements ofcivilization which is created by the whole nation for long-term historicaldevelopment. The heritage of this nation continues into the future fromgeneration to generation, innovate to glory from generation to generation.With the accelerated process of economic globalization, the great changesof China’s social and economic and a new socialist Tibet buildingcontinuously push forward, the traditional Tibetan culture is facing theimpact of modern culture, and foreign cultures, and the market economy.How the Tibetan traditional culture to be inherited and carried forwardunder the new historical conditions, to achieve sustainable development,requires careful study for an important issue. One of the importantfunction of education is the transmission of culture and innovation,school education do not only have the advantages of home education andsocial education, but also shirk its responsibilities and obligations, whichis the main way of national traditional cultural heritage. The status oftraditional Tibetan culture in the school education in Tibet, by whichfactors affected, as well as how to make the fine traditional culture of theTibetan in the next generation better inherit and carry forward, which isthe main content of this paper.Through visits to various regions of Tibet middle school, access to relevant Tibetan national minority and ethnic education data,questionnaires and interviews, in-depth study of Tibet ethnic culture inschool education the present situation of inheritance. The full text isdivided into four parts:The first part of the introduction, mainly elaborated the selectedtopic reason, research meaning and purpose, relevant literature review,research contents and methods; the second part describes the traditionalnational culture inheritance and the related basic theory, including thedefinition of related concepts, theories and traditional Tibetan culture; thethird part mainly used the Education Statistics analysis method,respectively. Students and teachers from two aspects described the Tibetethnic culture in school education the present situation of inheritance; thefourth part is on the impact of Tibet ethnic culture in school educationinheritance factor analysis, based on this and put forward feasiblesuggestions, for the construction of socialist harmonious new Tibetcontributes force.
