So low is themarket concentration rate of education industries that the majority of these institutions go formassive expansions, stepping towards the stage of development of M&A.Through the way ofM&A, the education industries make great efforts to optimize the resources allocation, enlarge theoperating scale, reduce the cost of exchange, realize the economic benefit of scale and achieve themaximum of profit to ultimately obtain the sustainability of high economic growth.
