Since China's college entrance examination system was restored,the public attention on the importance of education gradually improve,the word---training gradually appeared the vision of the masses.After the reform and opening-up policy,people's attention on the educational background and the education level has reached an unprecedented height,Education has become a major issue of people's livelihood.Under such background,the development speed of education and training is very fast,various types of training institutions began to rise,education training has become a industry.With the change of The Times,The market trend of education training industry is the requirement of the times.However,the marketization of education training industry is primary,as socialism with Chinese characteristics,which needs to have a powerful theoretical guidance and sufficient market practice.In view of this situation,this study defines the concept of education and training industry on the basis of a large number of theories.The development process and the present situation of education and training are analyzed theoretically.This paper briefly introduces the development and present situation of middle school biology training market.The author takes the famous enterprise of education and training industry as a case study---New Oriental Education Technology Group.The author briefly analysis the organizational structure,corporate culture,development ideas of New Oriental Education Technology Group.the main content focus on the development of biology in New Oriental school.The author introduces the New Oriental biology education objectives and distinctive teaching characteristics and takes a case of first chapter---Mendel's pea hybridization experiment in senior high school compulsory biology textbooks(?).At the same time,the author makes some Comparative analysis of the traditional teaching design and innovative teaching design of New Oriental school.Through case analysis,the author concludes that there are more highlights about curriculum design and teaching methods in New Oriental school,which aims at the knowledge and method that students should master.Finally,The author obtains the development status and related problems of biology in New Oriental school by investigating and interviewing 200 students in the 12 campuses and all biological teachers of the Nanjing New Oriental School,combined with the relevant data during the work of Xi'an New Oriental School and Chongqing New Oriental School.Through the data analysis,The author draws a conclusion that High school biology training market prospects are very impressive.New Oriental education training institution,as a well-known enterprise in secondary biology training,have obvious brand advantage,team advantage,product advantage,which bring huge benefits and large market share for it.But the New Oriental school also has some problems,such as lacking of experience,disproportion of teaching products and other issues.Based on these issues,the author puts forward some suggestions for secondary biology education training industry.Through this study,the author hopes that readers have a clear understanding on the education training industry,have a better understanding of the development and current situation of secondary biology training market,have a better cognition and acquaintance about the training content,training methods and training effect of secondary biology training industry by understanding the characteristics of New Oriental biology training.
