To Strengthen And Popularize Student Insurance Consciousness Education Research

Nowadays, our country is in the crucial period of economic reshuffling, development pattern transformation and social structure transformation. There is an increasing numbers of predictable and unpredictable risk factors, and meanwhile variety of social conflicts including population, resources and environment have become more and more severe. When it refers to high education, risk events such as accidental injury and critical illness of university students have become common occurrence. In addition, those risk events have increasingly come out abruptness, diversity, and complexity, which have already captured the public attention. There is no denying the fact that those risk events exert an impact on teaching order of high education and we have considered safety education of university students and risk management of colleges and universities as a challenge. Based on status quo of domestic and international environment and the development of high education, insurance awareness education of university students has been proposed by us as a new issue of ideological and political education. As the highest layer of modern education system, high education undertakes the tasks of fostering modern concepts, delivering modern knowledge, cultivating modern elites, promoting modern civilizations. According to the principle "social needs decide talents cultivating specification", university students ought to have modern awareness and qualifications of modern citizens. As the modern social economy develops, insurance is the inevitable byproduct. Furthermore, insurance awareness is the embodiment of public modern awareness. On this account, scientific risk management, good insurance awareness and strong insurance skills have been an important symbol of measuring modern civilization and public civilization development degree. At present, there is no independent research horizon on insurance awareness education of university students at home and abroad, especially the shortage of bringing insurance awareness education into ideological and political education research. However, these shortcomings and deficiencies are my paper’s outstanding characteristic and innovation. By the basic thinking of "problem proposalâ†'problem analysisâ†'problem solving" and basic ideological and political education theory, based on the certain diagnoses of students’insurance awareness education, this paper probes theoretical foundation, connotation, realistic meaning, value, existing problem and countermeasures of insurance awareness education, with a view to pay more attention on promoting and spreading insurance awareness education during the teaching and internship period and then serve the strategy of training all-round development constructer and trustworthy successor of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
