Study On The Function Of Ideological And Political Education In Normal College Students Occupation Career Planning And Its Implementation

It will become more difficult to find a proper job for college students in2014, aspeople thought. For the students from the normal universities, the situation will be evenmore severe. To improve the career competitiveness, the normal university studentsneed to possess a reasonable career planning, an improving personal comprehensiveability, and a better understanding towards the job market. It will help the normaluniversity students to effectively combine the occupational planning and ideologicaleducation by researching the occupational planning from the aspect of ideological andpolitical education. Thus the graduates will have a reasonable employment attitudewhich is different from the traditional view of employment and will lead them towardsan effective career life and overall self-development.
