In nowadays, the universities and colleges pay much more attention on theteaching quantity day by day, the young teachers have already been the teaching mainorce in colleges and universities, and been taking a lot o teaching works. Theirteaching skills directly aect the quantity o our country higher education personneltraining. The research on young teachers’ teaching technical ability,has alreadybecame one o the hot spot in higher education studies. How to accomplish theteaching mission better, improve institute student physical constitution, is a realproblem that every young teacher should ace with. Through the research on thetechnical ability o Xinjiang young PE teachers, finding out the existing deficiency,there is positive meaning or the teachers’ professionalization development.This thesis takes117young public physical teachers and1170students in theseteachers’ classes in16Xinjiang institutes as study object, uses the research methodsuch as document data method, inquiring including idle survey modeling, theinterview inquiring into law and the questionnaire, the number reason statistics, theresult spreading out to common average Xinjiang institute sports youth teacherteaching technical ability current situation, finds that,common average Xinjianginstitute sports youth teacher teaching technical ability development is fine,also havea lot o problem but,The result studying is indicated:1.Teaching preparation and attitude aspect.
