First of all, the university graduates’ employment pressure is the pressure of social obtain employment is the important component of university graduates, if cannot obtain employment smoothly, not only directly affect the university graduates the employment of individuals with mood and quality of life, also can cause many social problems, directly affect our country socialism social harmony, stability, sustainable development. Secondly, the employment of university graduates is the people’s livelihood, is related to the vital interests of the people’s livelihood. Finally, the success of university graduates employment, to a certain extent, can reflect our country higher education quality and level of running a school, in relation to the popularization of higher education. Therefore, analysis of China’s current university graduates employment situation, employment difficult reason, put forward the countermeasures to improve the university students’ employment security mechanism, to the development of our country socialist economy, the construction of a harmonious society, the popularization of higher education and students’ own value of education has very important practical significance.The main purpose of this paper is to find out the effective employment of university graduates employment guarantee way, for construction of guarantee mechanism put forward scientific and reasonable countermeasures.
