A Study On Training The Innovation Ability Of College Student Through The Severe Obtain Employment

College students' employment relates to the needs of individual survival and the demands of self-realization, as well as the improvement of Country's overall competitiveness and Social harmony and stability. In recent years, college students' employment situation is being seriously, such as the total number of employment and the rate of employment being declined, the number of unemployed being increased, the contradiction of structural being obviously. College students' employment is more and more difficult, which has caught the universal attention of the nation as well as the society. The way can be used to solve the difficulty has already being the most important thing which relates to the country and the people's livelihood.There are many reasons for college students'employment being happened, but being lack of College students' innovative ability makes a different. In recent years, the phenomenon of being lack of innovative ability shows in many ways, the time while they are looking for a job or after they have caught a job or while they are starting. The reasons are that government institutional environment being imperfect, the education system of college being unrealistic, the family education mode being risk-averse, the absence of their own quality. These stop college students'innovation ability being formed. Therefore, the way that training college students' innovative ability and helping them to change their roles from job seekers to job makers, so as to ease the pressure of college students'employment fundamentally, has already caught our attention.In view of these reasons, based on the perspective of college students' serious employment, this article elaborates much discussion any research on the importance on training the innovation ability, the status of the college students' employment and how to training the college students to catch the innovative ability, so as to relaxing the pressure on employment. The logical structure is divided into three parts. By analyzing the situation of college students' employment, the first part clarifies the reasons for the situation put down to the shortage of the innovative ability which makes a difference. Through analyzing the status of college students' employment, the second part clarifies the reasons for the shortage of innovative ability. The third part absorbs the developed countries' experiences of training college students'innovation ability on the part of the policy support from the government, the guidance of the school theory and the result inspection of practice. According to the reasons for the shortage of innovation ability and the reality of China, this part puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to train college students' innovation ability.
