At the same time,based on the turnover model, this paper reviews on causes of turnover of exploration,and on this basis explores the university graduates the main reason for leaving in theoccupation adaptation period Aiming at this problem, I put forward to plan to reduce theuniversity graduates occupation adaptation period.
