| The study object of the paper is the relationship between psychology motivation during occupation adaptation period and career development. And its carrier is college graduates. That's to say, it researches the relationship between college graduates' psychology motivation during occupation adaptation period and their career development.After been employed, all the college graduates want to obtain certain career success. However, the fact indicated that after years of employment, some of them made great progress in their career, while others had lots of dissatisfaction on the level of their career development. Through large numbers of corporation investigation and practical observation, the author discovered that there exists an occupation adaptation period when college graduates start their career. During the adaption period, there will be a variety of psychological motivation, correspondingly produce a variety of working behavior. Thereout, they directly affect the different level of their career development grade to a great extent. This is so-called Well begun is half done.Through Literature Study, Interview Research, Case Study and Questionnaire Survey Research towards related objects, the paper analyzed the relationships between college graduates' psychological motivation, it caused working behavior, and career development. Also, the paper integrates survey samples of different types of psychological motivation, different years of employment and different levels of career development to form some typical career paths mode by Factor Analysis, Regression Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Expert Rate Method, as well as Induction and Deduction method, and so on qualitative and quantitative analysis.
