Study On Occupation Ethics Anomie Of Chinese University Teachers During The Period Of Transformation

University teachers are one of the main bodies of higher education activity， they are also the decisive power of promoting the university development. Yet be living in the community mould revolving、 the economy revolving below track and the culture transformation backdrop, the university teachers are facing the serious problem of occupation ethics anomie. Because the essence of education is a kind of activity to train people and the education is highly ethical. The education will truly achieve the target of people-centered and perfection, we have to analyze and reflect the “Ethics crisis”. At some point, the personality and virtue of the educated are formed by that of the educators. The quality promotion of the educated is subliminally associated with the influence of the educators. For these reasons, the thesis is based on the historical vicissitude of the university teachers’ role and the ethical responsibility of university teacher, it interprets related concepts and its composition of the occupation ethics, researches the current situation of occupation ethics anomie, analyzes the deep-seated reasons from university teachers’ internal and external factors, include the teachers’ thoughts, teacher’s value orientation, the lack of teacher’s quality, the teacher system’s lack of ethics, the lack of ethical environment, the lack of students’ quality, and so on. Then proposes solutions of the problems, include university teachers strengthen their own occupation ethics, strengthening the cultivation of moral personality, abide by the occupation ethics, and to create a better external environment.
