Swimming is a sport that has to need strength as the foundation and the security of the skills, and in the swimming to get excellent results not only has good strength but also has the superior skills. Skills evaluation of Swimming includes dynamic learning evaluation and dynamics evaluation of two kinds. Kinematics technique evaluation of swimming is mainly to evaluate stroke frequency, stroke rate when the athletes swim; Dynamics evaluation of swimming is mainly to evaluate propulsive force and impulse when the athletes swim. At present, Researching on swimming skills that the swimmers have on swimming generally only remains in stroke frequency and stroke length level, rarely to research on propulsive force and impulse when athletes swim. In the 100 meters freestyle swimming, what has changes on skills and propulsion of athletes at swimming? Between Level 1 and level 2 athletes, what has differences of skills and propulsion during swimming. Swimming speed is the comprehensive embodiment of athletic level of athletes, how much is Correlation coefficient of between swimming speed and skills parameters, propulsion.which parameters are more relevant with swimming speed, whether to can get regression equation of the swimming speed and stroke frequency, stroke length, propulsive force? On the current, the research of this aspect is blank, these parameters have the vital significance for evaluating the athlete’s technical movements, guiding the scientific training of athletes and improve the grade of the athlete.This article with the literature material method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method and analysis method analysis on skill parameters propulsion parameters single cycle impulse of every 25 meters section during the 100-meter freestyle swimming for four level 1 100 meters freestyle athletes and seven level 2 100 meters freestyle athletes, and draws:in the 100 meters freestyle process,(1) Enhancing strokes frequency in the swimming is an imperative to improve level of the athlete.(2) Keeping swimming stroke on effect is an imperative to improve the level of the movement of athletes.(3) Enhancing the athlete’s swimming propulsion is an imperative to improve the level of the movement of athletes。(4) Keeping good to the action of water effect is an imperative to improve the level of the movement of athletes.(5) Propulsive force is source to guarantee high stroke frequency, high speed, good effect of water, training should pay more attention to the strength training of athletes, stroke frequency and stroke range should reasonable configuration, in ensuring a high stroke frequency at the same time we must pay attention to keeping good sculling effect.(6)Through the equation:swimming speed=0.014×stroke frequency+1.129 X2×stroke rate+0.017×propulsion-1.021, it is known that three of the variables can assess another variables.
