An Analysis Of The Technical And Tactical Features Of Shi Jinglin, An Outstanding Female Breaststroke Athlete In My Country

In the 2004 Athens Olympic Games,Chinese athlete Luo Xuejuan won the first place in the woman's 100-meter breaststroke,opening a new chapter for the Chinese women's breaststroke.But after Qi Hui won gold in women's 200 m breaststroke at the 2006 short course World Championships,the development of breaststroke suffered setbacks.It wasn't until Shi Jinglin won the women's 100 m breaststroke final at the 2014 Asian Games in Incheon and broke the competition record.In spite of this,the Chinese women's breaststroke in international projects is still weak,Jing of technical and tactical characteristics,so the research project is explored in this paper the winning rule of top athletes in our country,analyze Shi Jinglin projects with domestic other outstanding athletes in the advantages and disadvantages of technical and tactical differences to the cultivation of Chinese women's breast stroke reserve talented person has practical guiding significance to the role of learning and models,for our country women's breast stroke again to make important contributions to the project.In this paper,using the literature material method,the image analytic method,mathematical statistics method,video shooting method and comparative analysis and other research methods,to our country outstanding female breast stroke athletes Shi Jinglin's technical and tactical characteristics as the research object,the two Olympic Games of the People's Republic of China and four national championship game video parsing,analysis Shi Jinglin technical and tactical indicators as to provide theoretical basis for coaches and scientific researchers support,diagnose and optimize the technology of the athletes.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Shi Jinglin used squatting starting technique in the six 200 m women's breaststroke finals.The technique is characterized by fast initial speed after entering the water.In the starting time of 15 m,it has a clear advantage over the top three athletes in the same event in the two national games.(2)The technical characteristic of Shi Jinglin 's traveling on the way is to speed up the speed control of the stroke frequency on the basis of guaranteeing the large stroke length.Based on the traveling skills of the top three athletes in the two national games,it is concluded that shi jinglin in the National Games in 2013 generated a high speed index by combining her stable and efficient stroke frequency and stroke length skills.In the 2017 National Games,her stroke frequency was significantly accelerated and her stroke length slightly decreased.The reasonable combination of stroke frequency and stroke length caused the speed index to rise to 80.22 m/min.But with the growth of Shi Jinglin's age,the average speed index in the middle of the tour is still 80.44m/min.(3)Shi Jinglin's total score of turns in six national events gradually increased steadily;Compared with the top three athletes in the two National Games,Shi Jinglin has an obvious advantage in the turn stage,which indicates that shi jinglin has a good turn,which is one of the important factors for her to win the 200 m breaststroke champion in the National Games twice in a row.(4)Shi Jinglin sprinted at 5m to the side in the finals of women's 200 m breaststroke in six events.From 2014 to 2018,her sprint time at 5m to the side was significantly lower than the average,except for the two National Games in 2013 and 2017.(5)Shi Jinglin's speed reserve index was positively correlated with her final position,that is,she adopted the competition tactics of "fighting for power and winning the championship".Shi Jinglin 's speed reserve index in the two National Games was overwhelming.Her speed reserve index in the 2017 National Games was 2.85 percent higher than that in the 2013 national games.It can be seen that the four years of scientific training and experience in various large-scale competitions have enabled her to have rich competition experience,make accurate physical arrangement of the competition schedule and improve her competition level.(6)Shi Jinglin adopted the physical distribution strategy of "fast future" and "slow backward journey" in the competition.This tactic is especially evident in the speed coefficient graph of the 2017 National Games...
