A Study Of After School PE Program In Qin Ba Mt. Area’s Primary And Middle School

School PE program is an important element of campus PE program, and it’s essential to students’entire physical training system at school. At the meanwhile, it can extend and improve the campus PE program teaching and campus activities. The basic task of school training is to develop school sports, help strengthen students’ physical wellness and achieve higher level of sports skills. School PE program is not only the main task of school sports teaching,also a necessary implement of our literature and physical education’s main ideology. In order to cultivate literal and physical developed students, schools should form sports teams and choose talented students to be trained by coaches after classes. Compare to developed countries, the overall physical ability of Chinese is less competent. Therefore, we have to apply the main ideology of literature and physical education, and take actions to improve and extend it to the nation-wide level. In order to prepare qualified and excellent future athletes,the after school sports training should grab from teenagers. Qin Ba Mountain area has been limited by its geographic, climate, and economical conditions, and60%of its primary and middle schools are located on the mountain.So rough geographic conditions and relatively lags behind economic development speed and level, will restrict the after school sports training work"s development. This article is going to present the research result of those school’s PE programs, analyze how the conditions limited the PE programs development, and suggest possible solutions to better function Qin Ba Mountain area’s after school PE programs.The focus group is the primary and middle schools in Qin Ba Mountain Area, specifically the city of Shang Luo. The primary targets are students and coaches from20schools in Luo Nan, Dan Feng, Shang Yang Shang Nan, and Zhen An district in Shang Luo. The research methods include studying existing documents, conducting surveys, on-scene observation, mathematic calculation, and logical analysis. The purpose of this research is to find out what are the conditions and issues that affect the after school PE programs in Qin Ba Mt. Area, and offer constructive advices to the schools in Shang Luo.The research concepts are:(1) After school sports training of primary and middle schools in qinba mountain project, are based on the track and field and basketball Lord. Due to the geographical environment factors, most of the school facility is not sound;project development is not balanced.The main purpose of students to participate in the training is to pass university.(2).Coaches age, education background, professional title structure is not reasonable:training work enthusiasm degree is not high, special knowledge to be raised, the scientific research level is low, athletes selecting the lack of scientific, lack of scientific and systematic training.(3). The inadequacy of school training funds and the location equipment both impact the school sports training quality.(4).The school leader don’t pay attention to the after school training,also the project layout is not reasonable.Possible solutions to improve after school PE programs in Qin Ba:(1). The schools need to readjust their exercise schedules and sports plans,improve leadership’s value degree.(2). All of these can establish the rich and varied network system of after school training and perfect its actual’s extracurricular sports training system and management mechanism.(3).They also need to adjust the movement project layout,and strengthen the coaches training.
