Research On The Current Situation And Strategies Of PE Transformation In Primary And Middle Schools With Implementing Course Standard Of PE And Health

The physical education of primary and middle school is an important part of basic education. Students of those schools are the future and hope of our country. To improve the health quality of these students is to improve the health quality of our nation's people. Therefore, the reform of the physical education is the key point of this important education.Wuhan city is an old historical city. Due to the reasons of the history and influence of "PE syllabus" for long. Nowadays some behaviors that are not fitful for quality education exist in the PE teaching of the schools. There are 32.6% of the teachers who just teach for teaching class. They just emphasize the training of body ability and technique but not combine the new curriculum standard with PE teaching from the point of educational ideology and action on the basis of students' quality education. This essay, with the to primary and middle school students of central 7 urban areas of Wuhan as its research objects adopts the methods of investigating the files, questionnaires, interviews and data statistics to make analysis and research from the aspects of the present teaching reform in those schools, the existing problems of the teaching and the equipment of the class, thus it confirms the achievement and find out the disadvantages and then gives the device of the development.The research result is as followed:Having a deep understanding of The standard of Physical Education and Health Courses. The standard undoubtfully inherits and develops the old course standards. Its basic theme has no changes in principle;it's just a revolution on/methodology which is carried on. Compared with the old standard, the new one shows a spirit of further advancing quality education, emphasizing the change of educational conceptions once and for all.Changing conceptions once and for all innovates teaching methodology, regarding students' development as center and paying close attention to students' main position. The establishment of teaching content should take students as major part, having elastic design and serving students. Students' learning P.E's techniques should be emphasized. Teaching techniques cannot be abolished or weakened in order to meet students' needs.That's a minus demanding of main education. The result will be the ignorance of leading function of teachers instead of main education.The dialectical relationship between "teaches as leading part" and "students as main part" must be identified correctly. The relation ship in P.E. is not one or the other. The later is a permanent home of the former, and the former is condition and root of the later. Our understanding is that we pay more attention to the later while paying attention to the former as well. In order to fulfill students' main body, the function of P.E. teachers, who are the most enlightening, emotional and feed backing as teaching factors, must be fully brought into practice. Not only can P.E. teachers give out information, what's more important, they can make teaching and learning develop harmoniously according to the feedback.P.E. teachers should improve their own quality. The formulation and implementation of the new standard bring new problems and challenge to us. Therefore, P.E. teachers ought to try their best to adjust to it, face the new challenge, be good at discovering and solving new problems. As people who carry out the teaching innovation in detail, synthetically quality will affect the quality of teaching innovation directly. Nowadays, the implementation of the new standard smoothly demands us to have following qualities and abilities: setting up new teaching conceptions, Looking for new teaching methodology, establishing new P.E. teaching aims, formulating new scientific system of comment, strengthening ideas of scientific research to make its level develop to a new stage and training a competitive, cooperating and creating abilities.
