Class-breaksetting-up exercise is an important part of the school extracurricular sportsactivities, students every day is an important guarantee for one hour of physicalexercise.but in real life, due to the shackles of traditional thinking andeducation understanding of the concept is not in place, the state enactedbroadcast gymnastics students’ interest is not high, overwhelmed, due to lackof physical activity during recess, students in the school’s one-hour timephysical activity every day is difficult to guarantee; hand, by examinationeducation, lifestyle, and parents the importance of sports and other factors,led to the physical fitness of students continued to decline for20consecutiveyears.Faced with this objective reality, the Ministry of Education in1999acrossthe country to implement large recess physical activity, from large recessphysical activity emerged. compared with calisthenics, large recess physicalactivity for a long time, activities and more flexible forms of organization,appropriate exercise load, it can not only stressful for students to learn fromthe swap effect, but also to promote the health of students have clear results.Large recess physical activity is an important way of quality education, to carryout large recess physical activity, not only has the function of keeping fit,and can play an important role in educating their moral, nootropic, benefitsthe heart; also enhance the cohesion of the school, promote feelings of teachersand students to enrich the cultural life of the campus, promoting good ethosformation; may also develop students ’self exercise ability and good socialadaptation, eliminate mental fatigue, relieve tension classroom stress, improvelearning efficiency.This paper started from the current situation to carry out primary andsecondary schools in Harbin analysis of large recess physical activity, use ofliterature, interviews, surveys and other research methods for primary andsecondary schools in Harbin form and content, organization and management oflarge recess physical activity, attitude and motivation of students toparticipate in publicity for system analysis, the results showed that: First, primary and secondary schools in Harbin have launched a national call for largerecess physical activity, but there are obvious differences between the variousschools to carry out the situation, Three grades of high school and junior highschool students in the fourth grade was significantly lower than other gradesparticipation. Secondly, the Harbin City schoolchildren attend large recessphysical activity a more positive attitude, but the motive is not clear enoughto participate, diversified trend; boys and girls, with significant differencesin motivation and attitude. Third, large recess in the choice of sportsactivities, male, very different girls performance, the boys are willing tochoose a strong confrontational sports, while girls choose some confrontationalrelatively small, the exercise load the appropriate sport. Fifth, Harbin City Schools largerecess sports organization and management is still not perfect, the lack of largerecess physical activity related systems, organizations uneven distribution PEteacher workload. Sixth, large recess factors Harbin school sports activitiesare manifold, PE teacher workload, low social status, less training to carryout the effect of factors such as large recess physical activity, lack of venuesshortages of equipment restrict large recess physical activity and sustainableconduct.
