It’s well known that footwork is the souls of badminton. In a competition, the athletes use all kinds of footwork, in5.18x6.7m area, to complete the500times start, swivel and move. The stand or fall of footwork, directly related to a game you win or lose, and the strength of the lower limbs play an important role to the footwork. In all of the use of statistics of footwork, found that the front step tread, appel is above60%in all the footwork. In front of the Internet footwork special strength training, we usually choose squats stride and step cross bow jump as the main methods of training.This research mainly use muscle electrical technology and synchronization camera in Xi’an Physical Education University of eight national secondary badminton players access footwork and special strength training action tested, through the muscle that eight of the lower limbs electric muscle table electric chart, activate the sEMG order, integral electromyography (IEMG), then process and analyze the data, aiming to get up Access footwork t with the strength characteristics of footwork, through comparison with special strength training, to find out the reasonable and effective special strength training, so as to guide training and competition.The results of access footwork and special strength training method of statistical analysis of the data are following.The order of muscles activate are that the right field pedal cross:tibialis anterior muscle (left), a biceps (right), a biceps (left), tibial before muscle (right), strands of rectus (left), gastrocnemius (right), gastrocnemius (left), a rectus (right), etc. The IEMG value size are that push the right field step:tibialis anterior muscle (right), a biceps (left), a rectus (left), tibial before muscle (left), a rectus (right), a biceps (right), gastrocnemius (left), gastrocnemius (right), etc.The study concluded that:(1) The right field pedal stride and squats stride the muscles of the jump flesh report activate the same order, and Every muscle IEMG value in the whole process of the action is the same percentage, so squats stride is a kind of very good strength training to a jump right step pedal.(2) The right step and step mat games cross bow jump flesh report activate muscle same order.
