Tennis is becoming more and more popular in China,some have appeared as one of the world's best tennis player.Tennis teaching and training of our country attaches great importance to tennis technology and physical training,however in the comparison with foreign tennis player,the strength capacity of our country's remains to be improved,this phenomenon also exists in the amateur.There is a large gap in the first three rounds,the service and service level are low,the strength is weak,the stability is poor,and the attack power of the intercepting in the actual combat is worse.The lack of practical training mode is also a great obstacle to the progress of tennis players in the field.Strength,flexibility,power,endurance and speed work together to play a high level tennis competition,and this requires a trained muscular system as a basis.In this paper,120 students who have experience in tennis in 5 universities in Chengdu were studied by means of literature method and experiment method.First of all,on the basis of the existing parts of the body strength training,combined with the tennis technical movement patterns,extracted by tennis movement muscle memory for the different strength of the guiding principles and specific parts of the body of 6 classes 13 kinds of tennis special strength training methods.In addition,the training methods are optimized to provide theoretical support and data support for practical training method optimization.After the study,tennis technology for teaching and training practice,should be appropriate to add more targeted tennis special strength training,fumble ceaselessly in practice and summarizes the more suitable for the athletes' physical qualities and training habits of tennis training method,increasing the proportion of combined training,at the same time to absorb and draw lessons from foreign advanced tennis idea training methods and the latest technology,to improve the level of tennis technology better.
