Rural Primary And Secondary School Teachers’ Professional Ethics Anomie Research

In all ages，teachers play an irreplaceable role in these aspects, such as spreading humancivilization, enlightening human wisdom, developing human resources and promoting thenational spirit.Since the reform and openness, many teachers of rural primary and secondaryschool to pay their youth and unremitting efforts for rural education and noble moralitytradition. However, with the acceleration of China’s social transformation, there are somepeople who have been low thought and moral defects, and poor teaching ability. These peoplealthough not much, but they are objective existence. These their disorderly behavior damagedthe image of rural teachers, and impacted the development of rural education. Therefore, inthe background of a new socialist countryside, this paper researches the rural primary andsecondary school teachers’professional ethics, and makes the right analysis and grasp. This isnot only beneficial to improve the rural primary and secondary school teachers’professionalethics, and is help for the further development of the new rural construction in our country.This paper based on the current situation of primary and middle school teachers’professional ethics. XiaoYi county in Shanxi Province as an example. Firstly, this paperthrough the questionnaire survey method, interview method and the literature method to studythe behavior, which is the current primary and middle school teachers’abnormal acts.Secondly, the paper analyzes the internal and external causes of teachers’anomie. Lastly, itputs forward the measures to solve the problems.The results of the study show that the current primary and middle school teachers’abnormal phenomenon is not universal, but in some aspects is not optimistic. Rural primaryand middle school teachers’ professional morals behavior is summarized into four aspects: thepurpose of orientation anomie behavior, the value orientation of anomie behavior, the affective anomie behavior, the traditional anomie behavior. According to the status of ruralteachers’ professional ethics anomie, this paper puts forward the three measures to solve theproblem which is improve teachers’ comprehensive quality, to make a scientific andreasonable teacher management system and create a good social environment.
