The Study Of Anomie Of Professional Ethics Of Primary School Teachers

As that the primary school education plays a basic role in education, and pupils have itsown characteristics, so the standard of professional ethics of the school teachers for schooleducation has a special effect on education and pupils. In this paper, the absorption and thebasis of previous studies, mainly through literature method, case method, interview methodand questionnaire method, with the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods morein-depth study of the primary school teachers’ occupation moral anomie, found some primaryschool teachers’ occupation morality issues, such as teacher is not cheap, to post occupationburnout, the idler to illicit; scholarship; legal idea is thin, punished students. Then, from thesocial environment, school management and personal qualities and other aspects of someprimary school teachers’ Occupation Morality Anomie of the specific reasons are analyzed.Finally, according to the reasons put forward some primary school teachers’ OccupationMorality Anomie of coping strategies, including the upgrading of primary school teachersliteracy level, create democratic, relaxed atmosphere, strengthening occupation moraleducation and earnestly safeguard the personal interest and to improve the managementsystem.
