The teachers’ colleges and universities have been bearing the burden of trainingprimary and middle school teachers, in the new further curriculum reform anddevelopment today, cultivating the high-quality normal school students, enrichingteachers’responsibility becomes even more important. The new curriculum reform taskput forward new requirements for the education of the students in normal university.Teachers’ colleges and universities generally open teaching theory course as an importantway to train reserve talent of teachers. The teaching material, as a bridge connectingcurriculum and teaching , it is not only the carrier of course but also the important basisof teaching and learning, the compilation quality of the teaching material directlyinfluence the teachers’ effective teaching and the student’s effective learning, it is the keyto improve teaching quality. In order to make the materials of physical education theorysatisfy the need of practical teaching, it’s necessary to further study the teaching theorymaterial in an objective point of view, so to seek further development of the material. Sochoose the current physics teaching theory teaching material as the research object.We choose education measurement and evaluation of this content as a researchdirection, that’s because education measurement and evaluation ability can show ifteachers can accurately recognize and judge the change and development of students,teachers, teaching process control is an important guarantee of the quality of teachinggrasp. Education measurement and evaluation is the ability of teachers’ professionalcapabilities, as an important part of the teaching monitoring capability of teachers based,is a reflection of the teachers’ professional level and professional degree of an importantsymbol.To make research not only have representation but also reflect the current teachingmaterials of deep specific problems, we compare the current representative physical teaching theory teaching material to reveal differences.This study discusses the education measurement and evaluation of the basic theoryand basic concept, to clarify the difference and relationship between teaching andeducation evaluation measure. The Ausubel’s learning theory, Bruna’s knowledgestructure theory and the theory of constructivism as the theoretical basis for thecompilation of teaching materials.In the theory basis, through the comparison of the teaching material of each version,we summarize that a good teaching material has characteristics as follows: knowledge isabundant in content, from basic theory to the actual application of the method areinvolved; The knowledge structure with the students’ cognitive laws, to favor the studentaccept; Can contact practice, to promote the use of knowledge. And by the characteristicsof the teaching material improvement suggestions are put forward.
