A martial art, as a natioanl traditional sport with a long histroy and anextensive mass base, is a cultuarl heritage with ethnical features. Therefore, to inherit andcarry forward the national characteristics of the cultural heritage further, it is necessaryto strengthen the research work on the martial arts. Previous studies are limited onsome physiological and biochemical index of the body before and after training or onthe qualitative analysis of the martial arts techniques. Little research on the summarialrules has been done. The researches on the martial arts are not only limited to theactions and techniques, but also paid attention to the summarial rules on thetechniques so that teaching and training will be enhanced by using the regularknowledge, which will promote martial arts development, and push martial arts morethearetic, scientific, systematic and standardized.Because of its complexity and difficulty, cyclone foot 720°and horse stance inthe jumping techniques in martial arts are typical. By now, researches on the squeezebunt actions of martial arts and rules are relatively rare, that is to say, a relativelynew research, so this action is appropriate for the case study. Therefore, as a casestudy for cyclone feet 720°and horse stance, the present thesis will record thetechnique links and details carefully, and then analyze the information. At last somerules such as increasing rotating speed and vacated height will be summarized. All thesummaries will be of great help for the martial arts teaching and athletes’training, aswell as contribute to the martial arts competition with a scientific development, whichwill be significant for the scientific training on the martial arts.In the present thesis, literature analytical method, three-dimensional kinematicsliteratural method, observation, interviews, image measurement methods, statisticalmethods and other methods will be adopted to study the whirlwind of elite athletesfoot 720°and horse stance. The whole actions will be divided into three steps:stepping, jumping, and landing. The followings are the conclusions:1. Athletes use 1.21 seconds to complete cyclone feet 720°and horse stance while stepping, jumping and landing are 0.33 seconds, 0.67 seconds, and 0.21 secondsaround seperately. The time for jumping accounts for the main part. The more time, the better for athletes to finish rotating in air as soon as possible and to adjust bodybalance and guestures before landing, conducive to landing stability.2. In the run-up step, the drop value of the centre of gravity in last step should belonger than 0.086 m, and the fall range should be bigger than 5.2%. This can helpathletes save more energy to jump by using gravity’s fall, setting foundation for thecompletement of the difficult actions..3. From 0.02 to 0.04 seconds before taking off foot from the ground before thatmoment, focus speed arrives the maximum.4. The smallest angle of the left knee in the run-up phase the, that is to say themaximum buffer angle about 139 degrees in the run-up phase, is more appropriate tohelp jump action completement. For the right jumping leg, when the knee point is ataround 136 degrees, it is best to complete the jump action.5. The speed and amplitude of swing of both arms and left leg can increase therotation speed of the body and increase the cyclone feet altitude. Therefore, the armswing and kick should be strengthened in the peacetime training exercises.6. When the jump stages-click sound and the centre of gravity highest pointscoincide in, it is favourable of action completion at all times.7. After jumping kicking, a quick hem on the right leg after will bring down thecenter. In order to maintain the trajectory, the other part of the body will increase, andeventually leading to the rise in the overall center gravity.8. The landing moment left knee angle was significantly less than the right kneeangle, this is because the player vacated height is insufficient, or trunk rotation is notsufficient, the landing moment athletes weight bias leg. Thus vacated height and bodyrotation speed for landing also has very big effect, on the other hand also described inthe vacated height or rotating speed is low, adjust body posture contributes to actioncompleted successfully.
