Since the beginning of the new century,the State Sports General Administration has put forward higher requirements for the martial arts project.But in fact,for a long time,the scientific theory of Chinese martial arts in the nature of martial arts in the proportion of small,modern sports for the scientific and systematic research of Wushu itself is less.The study on the essence of Wushu is mainly focused on the history of Wushu,Wushu teaching,teaching methods and the relationship between Wushu and Chinese traditional culture.For athletes in training before and after the quantitative study on the physiological and biochemical indexes and the body is still less,using the movement of biology,biomechanics and other related research means of quantitative science of martial arts is few,which resulted in the limitation of the research department of martial arts to a certain extent.Therefore,the technical action essentials on athletes in this paper by using the method of literature,expert interviews and experimental measurements of kinematics analysis,the six Northeast Normal University Sports College Wushu athletes as experimental objects,measurement of angle,displacement and velocity of all parts of athletes and other related aspects,the corresponding data were collected and recorded,specific research the results are as follows:1 athletes in the preparation stage,with your feet on the ground,the athletes body rotation angle should be maintained at 7 degrees,the rotation angle that can make athletes better force.The average value of the athlete's shoulder hip angle should be about 50.9degrees,the difference between the hip and the left and right ankle joint is about 10 degrees.This angle difference can make athletes lower body muscle force more coordinated,but because of the angle difference and reduce the additional displacement of the work done,and further reduce the loss of the ability of athletes in the longitudinal direction,the force of the athletes keep stable.In 2,athletes from the stage,from the time needs to be maintained at around 0.43 S speed ratio about the toes should keep in the ratio of about 1:1.45 gap will lead to athletes in the air,because of the large gap between the legs,resulting in uneven distribution of forces,not only can keep the take-off height at the same time make it easier for the athlete's body out of balance.3,athletes during the flight phase.Change the left shoulder angle should be maintained at 110 degrees-140 degrees is more appropriate,if the relative angle is small,easy to cause the athletes appear stiff,and affect the quality of flight.Change the angle right shoulder should be maintained at 70 degrees-120 degrees are more suitable for the change of the leftelbow angle should be maintained at 60 degrees-120 degrees is more appropriate,if the relative angle is small,easy to cause the athletes appear stiff,and affect the quality of flight.At the same time,the athlete's left foot tip speed should be maintained at 2-2.5 M/S,the average speed of the right foot tip should be 8-9.5 M/S.4,athletes in the landing stage,supporting leg hip angles should be more suitable for100-120 degrees,athletes to take the time to remain at around 2S in the landing buffer stage,it can better maintain the center of gravity of the body,and the body to achieve the most coordinated and stable state.According to the conclusion of this paper,the following suggestions are as follows:1,athletes should strengthen lumbar muscle and abdominal training,the side kick,hanging leg lift,sit ups training methods,flexible and coordinated joint exercise better.2,athletes should strengthen the training to extend the buffer time,while reducing the leg load,to avoid accidental injury,and can enhance the stability of the ground after.3,athletes need to upgrade at the completion of the action,focusing on two legs angle,leg,hip,ankle and other parts of the angle,this action can maintain the integrity of the quality at the same time,improve the finish.
