The tornado feet 720 degrees as the research object, this study using surface EMG analysis instrument of technology to complete the test, mainly to participate in the action of the lower limb muscle EMG analysis.The purpose is to reveal the impact of movement and exercise the muscles of lower limbs motion features, and exercise muscle force and existing major differences, practitioners improve training effectiveness to provide reference.result:1 action completion rate reached 80%, the duration of the run-up phase duration and buffer stage from the experimental analysis,the duration of individual muscles are long. The duration of the take-off phase is shorter than the duration of the muscle.2 run-up phase, each muscle are activated almost simultaneously,gastrocnemius muscle lasts the longest 0.6128 s, iEMG values of rectus femoris 323.5 + 5.908 and vastus medialis 2.123 + 4.941.In the run-up to the contribution rate of the large number of rectus femoris.3 buffer stage, the lateral femoral muscle, the rectus muscle,the medial thigh muscle, the anterior tibial muscle and gastrocnemius muscle, the duration of the buffer is longer, the integral EMG value is larger for the medial and lateral femoral muscle. At the same time is also the buffer stage of the larger muscle contribution.4 the take-off stage, anterior tibial muscle duration of the longest for 0.52 s, secondly for tibialis anterior muscle and rectus femoris, tibialis anterior muscle iEMG value is 4.25 +5.182 uvs, muscle contribution rate is 4.32%, secondly shares lateralis and shares medial muscle iEMG value is 2.708 + 2.919 and 2.453 + 1.398. At the take-off stage and iEMG value contribution rate of muscle power is three stages which accounted for the largest proportion of the.Suggestions:Master the run-up speed, ensure the quality of the action,reduce sports injury, increase the stability of the approach speed and takeoff, strengthen the lower limb muscle strength training, muscle development and coordination.
