In the early years during the Republic of China, the railway transportationof china began to appear, and gradually developed to be a nationwide rail trafficnetwork. The developing of railway transportation promoted the development ofChina’s social, political and economic, at the same time, promoted the developmentand expansion of rail traffic education. During the Republic of China, railwaytraffic education mainly consists of three parts, including railway highereducation, railway workers’ education and primary and secondary education ofrailway workers’ children. Railway traffic education is a complete educationalsystem, which include Studies education and employed education from primary totertiary. The development of rail traffic education cultivated a lot of talentfor the developing of railway transportation, improving of productivity and livingconditions railway workers. These let more children out of school gain theopportunity to attend school and Contributed to the development of universaleducation. While the development of railway transportation conversely providedfinancial support for The development of rail traffic education, so that ensurethe improvement of various education.At the basis of previous researches, this article in-depth valuable dataadopted the method of literature and analysis. Through carded and anglicized railtraffic education during the Republic of China (1912-1937) and further revealedits’ valuable history significance and real inspiration. This article was dividedinto three parts in the structure.The first part, briefly discussed the developed status of railwaytransportation and the changing of management from 1881 to 1937.The articlein-depth the background of rail traffic education from the demand for talent ofrail transportation, the development of universal education at that time and thespecial nature of rail transportation.The second part, briefly discussed the developed status of railwaytransportation at the period of late Qing dynasty. Clarify the origin of various educations and provided theories data for the dissertation of rail trafficeducation during the Republic of China. Dissertated rail traffic education fromthree parts, the establishment and reform of Jiao tong University, threeprosperities of railway workers’ education and the construction of primary andsecondary education of railway workers’ children. Among them, Jiao tong Universitywas divided into the establishment and reform of Jiao tong University, subjectsand courses adjustment, the rigorous management of Jiao tong University and thestatus of graduates’ employment and study abroad. Primary and secondary education ofrailway workers’ children was divided into setting up the primary and secondaryeducation part of railway colleagues, Rotary school and various systems.The three part, this article in-depth analyzed rail traffic education andrevealed its’ valuable history significance and real inspiration. Railway trafficeducation gradually formed a complete educational system, which promoted thedevelopment of rail traffic education. Railway workers’ education gradually formeda complete educational system and provided references for the development of allsectors’ labor education. It’s no doubt that the developing of railwaytransportation had helped to the developing of railway transportation. At the sametime, this provided widely references for enterprise education, Lifelong educationand equlity in education.
