Experimental Study Of Recreation Sports Tourism’ Effect On E Asing Front-line Workers’ Pressure On Railway

Based on the experience of the Hohhot railway’s distributing its front-line workers for health therapy,this research systematically summarizes the concepts of recreation tourism, recreation sports and sport tourism, and put forward the new concept of recreation sports tourism. The study used literature information method, questionnaire investigation method, experimental method, and mathematical statistics method, to define recreation sports tourism,as well as to try to study the mitigative effects on the psychological pressure of front-line workers, whose personal characteristics are much different from each other, so as to justify the practical value of recreation sports tourism,from the perspectiv of sports psychology.The study will help to provide a theoretical basis for how to raise the level of railway employees’physical and mental health and to improve their Enthusiasm for work.This study selected400railway workers of the Hohhot Railway Bureau as experimental object, of which those who participated in health convalescence in the nursing home of Yangzhou training center during September to November in2011as the experimental group and those who still in posts during their health convalescence as the control group.They were assessed with a general questionnaire, the psychology-cal pressure scale(including psychology-cal stress scale, the life Events Scale, the coping Inventory and the perception ofsocial support scale),the Eisenach Personality questionnaire Short Scale, to measure and statistically analyze their demographic factors, psychological stress and personal characteristics,before the experiment and after the experiment.The results indicates that:(1) in psychological pressure area, during the recreation sports tourism, railway workers’ psychological pressure total scores and body reaction has significant change; on the life events score, especially the awareness of family events, the railway workers get significantly lower than workers in the post; the coping style, there’re great changes on negative coping style. But five days of recreation sports tourism does not has good impacts on the other dimensions of psychological pressure,life events, the positive coping style and the feeling of social support.(2) In terms of gender, the life events score, the working and learning events and economic events of railway workers are different and men’s are higher than those of women,but there is no difference between them in psychological pressure reaction (including psychological reaction, body reaction and social behavior reaction), coping style (active and negative coping style) and social support (including family support and outside support). In types of work of railway workers,the locomotive depots have great difference with stations and depots in the total score of psychological pressure reaction and body reaction;in locomotive Depot and station, the life event total score, family events, working and learning events, active coping style and the understanding of social support have significant differences; Locomotive depots and working depots have great differences in outside support.(3) in terms of different personality, these four personal characteristics, including introverted-stable, introverted-unstable, outward-stable and outward-unstable, have different psychological pressure reduction.Through the analysis of the findings above, the study came to the following conclusion:(1) recreation sports tourism can play a role to ease the psychological pressure of railway workers. Workers participete for recreation sports tourism have morepositive development in psychological pressure, physical reactions and coping style than those in the post.(2) workers of different gender and work types have significant differences in psychological pressure:male staff encounters more than females in working, learning, living, and economic events, but females has more pressure than males. So we should put more concern on females, which are vulnerable groups;(3) The personal characteristics of different working types can serve as manipulated variable of recreation sports tourism’s effects of psychological pressure reduction. But only in mood reaction and economic event dimension of has apparent interactive effect.
