Railways as the backbone of our transportation system is the mainartery of the national economy. As railway workers, their day-to-daywork is to ensure that peace and prospective point of departure andarrival of the train, the passengers safely to its destination. Then as arailway worker, how to improve their work efficiency and improve theoverall quality of service is an important issue. In this paper, the author’sday-to-day work, for how to improve the quality of rail services by arailway employee education management proposition, railway employeeeducation is an important part of modern education management system,but also the public enterprise human resources management is animportant content, workers whether individuals or enterprises are animportant significance for vocational literacy and vocational skillstraining projects. On the basis of analysis over the years of workexperience with the effects of, recognize existing railway workforce interms of cultural qualities or skill level can not meet the needs ofhigh-speed railway development. Therefore, the education and training ofthe existing staff is particularly important and urgent. This paper studiesthe railway human resource management issues, key analysis BaotouRailway Station employee education and training management’s currentsituation and problems in the training process, and then explore theresearch, to work out effective measures to local conditions to solve in practical problems encountered in the training process, to improve theeducation and training to better safeguard the interests of the vastmajority of workers.
