Sports and health courses as an important part of school curriculum system is toenhance students’ physical health, mental health and social adaptability important way.With the continuous deepening of China’s basic education curriculum reform, andactively develop a strong guarantee for the use of sports resources to the smoothimplementation of the physical education curriculum objectives. Without the broadsupport of sports resources, and then OK reform vision it is difficult to becomeeffective educational outcomes for secondary school physical education, as rich anddeep extent of the sports resources to determine the scope and level of realization ofthe physical education curriculum objectives. At present, domestic scholars HighSchool, especially the less Utilization Research Village High School sports resources.In this study, previous investigate sports resources on the basis of investigation andanalysis of the status of Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province High School sportsresource utilization to identify problems in Zaozhuang City High School sportsresource development and utilization of, and propose Zaozhuang City High Schoolsports resources development and utilization strategy.In this paper, a literature survey, statistics, expert interviews and logical analysisZaozhuang City High School sports resources in the construction of the status quo ofa comprehensive and systematic study, Zaozhuang City construction of the sportsgoverning bodies, sports teacher construction, school sports equipment, stadiumconstruction, as well as sports funding the input of the discussion and analysis pointedout the problems, constraints and countermeasures. The study found the followingproblems:①Zaozhuang City High School Sports Management system is not perfect,some schools do not have to set up a dedicated department of physical educationteaching, sports teaching lack of supervision, school sports can not carry out normal.The②Zaozhuang City High School, there are more problems in the construction of physical education teachers: a greater gap in the number of teachers, some schoolsphysical education teachers status is unclear, a heavy workload; title structure,education structure is irrational; not pay enough attention to the continuing educationof school physical education teachers Athletics Teachers’ Academicself-awareness-raising is not strong.③physical education curriculum reform andteaching ineffective, the concept behind. Performance: physical education lessons toolittle tedious teaching content, the lack of features, PE large number of thecommencement ineffective.④sports venues, equipment shortages, and insufficientfunding. Construction area per capita less than outdoor venues, indoor sports venuesare more scarce, especially in some rural remote areas, economic backwardness, moreserious, and a far cry from the 4.7M2 / standard prescribed by the Ministry ofEducation, about 80% of schools do not establishment of the Students’ Health testingcenter, the construction of sports equipment is a serious shortage, affecting the normaldevelopment of physical education teaching. Recommendations: 1. Increasegovernment departments, high school, especially in rural schools to support efforts.Case as an important part of school construction in the High School, only enhance theoverall strength of the school, the development and utilization of sports resources inorder to get real improvement, this all can not do without government support. (2) tostrengthen macro-management of the school physical education on the Senior HighSchool, to strengthen the monitoring and evaluation of the construction of schoolsports teaching resources that do not meet the basic requirements and regulations ofthe school, to a deadline for rectification. (3) self-cultivation, the introduction of asufficient number of physical education teachers to meet the needs of teaching. Hiredor in collaboration with other schools to learn from the experiences of othersuccessful schools, strengthen the training of school teachers, act as a "pass, to helpwith" role, to improve the overall quality of school physical education teachers.
