The theory of self-regulated learning ( SRL for short ) has already become the hot pointof the pedagogy research nowadays. It fixes attention on the student’s development,emphasizing student-centered , makes each student aware of self to study actively. The newcurriculum reform features the students’life long study and development and improve studyactiveness and initiativeness.The theory of self-regulated learning refers to the study style which can instigatestudent self-motivation, build their knowledge system, regulate and control the study processan state. At last reform good habit of independent and independent ability andself-development abilities.In this paper, based on the theory of SRL, the author put the theory into practice.Mainly discuss the students’self-learning ability problems of high school biology teaching inrural areas of Qingzhou City. I chose two classes I taught as the experimental classes andanother two classes as the control classes. After one year of experiments, the final result ofthe experimental were: The interest in learning biology independent study ability wereenhanced.The thesis compose of seven parts:Part One is putting forward the topic on SRL.Part Two is the general outline of the SRL.Part three is the theories speculation of SRL implementing in current biology teachingin high school.Part four describes the SRL experiment research implementation in biology teaching inhigh school.Part five is the results and discussion.
