With the development of the times and the arrival of the knowledge economy, cultivatingstudents’ autonomous learning ability is becoming a primary objective of the school education.Based on a comprehensive explanation of autonomous learning home and abroad as well asthe actual situation of junior middle school students in China, this thesis defines autonomouslearning as an education practice that students can actively use the learning materials providedby teachers, choose proper ways of learning, make full use of their own creative potential,monitor their learning process, evaluate the results of learning, and pursue self-realization.Accordingly, five features of the autonomous learning are self-evident: activity, creativity,relative independence, effectiveness and interactivity.Then the thesis makes a systematical survey of the current researches and theoreticalbasis home and abroad, and then proposes classroom teaching strategies of autonomouslearning: willingness to learn autonomously ---- to set examples, foster students’interest,enable students to experience success, perform self-attribution and so on; ability to learn----tomake plans and set the goals; guide the students to read, the way of study and so on.Autonomous learning strategies, such as remove the interference in the will, good atcooperation, evaluation, guidance and so on. The thesis proposes the "three in one " teachingmode composing of previewing lesson plans, teaching cases, public test case and explain thebasic idea of "three in one " teaching mode in detail: use learning to set teaching, use learningto guide teaching. It is written based on the six principles of the subjectivity, guide learning,zetetic, level standard, openness, innovativeness. Our learning process can be divided intoseven links:“Clear goal-------preview before class-------exhibition andcommunication------operation and exploration-------teachers’instructing------students’summary------reach the standard in Class”and elaborate all aspects.Then setting one biology lesson as an example, the thesis introduces the detail ofpreviewing lesson plans, teaching cases, public test case and using teaching procedure inthis section as a carrier to indicate the operation method of each aspects in“Three in one”mode for classroom teaching, and further highlights the advantages of this mode. Meanwhile,the thesis points out the necessary qualities for teachers.Finally, the“Three in one”teaching model and guide teaching plan on the using ofclassroom instruction is applied to the first grade Zi Chuan Zhang Zhuang Middle School,including four parallel classes. Here we make an experiment. Class One and Class Three arepicked randomly as experimental classes while Class Two and Class Four as comparing classes. Experimental results are analyzed by experimental method, interview method, andquestionnaire survey method.“Three in one”teaching model turned out to be obviously moreeffective, not only increasing students’ scores, but developing their autonomous learningconsciousness, cultivating their ability of autonomous learning and helping develop the habitof independent study.
