Cooperative group learning refers to a heterogeneous group as a unit, under the guidanceof the teachers ’ organizations, and group members through the Division, to promotethemselves and to maximize the learning of others, complete the common learning goals, andto sub-group achievement award for evaluation based on a teaching model. Cooperativelearning is not only a teaching strategy, but also a way of learning.Cooperative learning group has fundamentally changed the way students learn, stimulatethe students’ strong motivation to learn. It is an effective way to achieve the equality andexchanges of teachers and students. Therefore, in-depth study of the collaborative learningmode of teaching, implementation strategies is of profound significance to cultivate the senseof cooperation and the spirit of high school students and to improve interpersonal andcommunication capacity of the secondary school students.But many first-line biology teacher did not grasp its essence, as well as the specificoperation to go a-like,and fell into a misunderstanding of the cooperative teaching. Therefore,in the absorption of the previous group cooperative learning on the basis of research results,this article studies Weifang City‘345’high quality and high class Instructional Design andAssessment, and experimental study group cooperative learning in the junior high schoolbiology class.Firstly, in accordance with the“preparation before class - curricular inquiry - after-schoolextension”,this thesis builds a specific model of group cooperative learning in the junior highschool biology class; in the experimental process, with "345" high quality and efficiency ofclass teaching strategies for the independent variable and students’ academic performance(average points, excellent rates, pass rates) for the dependent variable,it strictly control theirrelevant variables, and statistical data and results.After more than a year of experimental research, there has been some effects, such as:Group cooperative learning can be a large increase in students’ academic achievement; thecooperation study teaching strategy also urged the teacher to liberate the thought andtransform the thought idea and the teaching way. Practical experience make the author realizethat to achieve high quality and effective group cooperative learning, the teacher should dothe following: build a harmonious relationship between students and teachers and create arelaxed, cooperative learning atmosphere; teachers need to change traditional attitudes andplay more than one role; Use a variety of evaluation methods to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students; in addition, teachers should also pay attention to the handling of student learningin classrooms and extracurricular learning.
