For a long time, seeking the best teaching method has been allhope, UNESCO affiliated institutions of International EducationalDevelopment Committee has published a book called" learning tosurvive" book presents : the student is the main body of the school,quality education is the mainstream direction of teacher ’s school,educational objects ( students ) guide, and is teaching students themain force in the ranks, the ultimate goal of teaching is to letstudents itself become that they are able to teach their own. Ofcourse, different teachers can use different teaching methods,teaching method is not uniform, but not universal, but the promotionof teachers’ teaching effect, improve students’ learningachievement of double teaching purpose is the same. Dual purposesimply means learning ability of thermselves, so that studentsdevelop good learning habits, to the classroom active uptake ofknowledge gradually extended to the study and life in all its aspects,enable students to give full play to their initiative, become thewhole education process and development of their own body, ofachievement for the ability of lifelong sports, highlight the charm of. In recent years, in many sports training project, scientific,effective training methods emerge in an endless stream; while inschool in many disciplines, good, advanced teaching thought hasbeen to keep pace with the times. Just imagine, if it can be effectivetraining methods and advanced teaching thought together intoteaching, will greatly improve the college sports courses teaching,improve teaching quality. Based on the teaching ideas and multipoint multi ball training method for rational concept, the combinedentity, to sports psychology theory, constructivist learning theory,and the theory of cognitive structure theory, constructs the "learning-guiding multipoint ball teaching method", and at theuniversities tennis course teaching experiment research in physicaleducation teaching, demonstrates the role played by, aimed atcollege tennis course teaching for selecting the optimal teachingmethod, for the full implementation of quality education, tocultivate the talent to provide guidance and reference.The main research methods of this paper is the experimentalteaching method and the questionnaire survey method, but also theuse of literature, expert interview, mathematical statistics, logicanalysis and other methods on the" learning-guiding multipoint ballteaching method" to conduct research, identify the teachingexperiment teaching ideas, teaching objectives, teachingprocedures, teaching evaluation the whole structure of teachingsystem. Through the Shanxi Normal University Institute of sporttennis course this teaching platform, mainly on the research of "learning and guiding multipoint ball teaching method" on tennisbeginners technology -- forehand, backhand batting and underhand serve; psychological aspects -- physical education learning powerconditioning system ( sports learning attitude, learning motivationof sports, physical education learning interest ); College Studentstennis course consciousness cognitive effects, demonstrating theteaching method in University Tennis Course in improving teachers’teaching effect, the achievements of the students role.The experimental research shows that: in the universities tenniscourse in the use of the " learning-guiding multipoint ball teachingmethod" can significantly improve the Beginner Tennis basictechnical achievement, make students become more optimistic,self-confident, the class became more positive, active, more appearto feel class in its main body role; "study guide type multipoint ballteaching method" is also to a certain extent, stimulate students’ PElearning motivation, improving sport learning interest, but alsochange the many students learning attitude, thereby activating thestudents’ PE learning motivation regulation system, make thelearning process more tension, the classroom atmosphere is morevibrant.
