The school schedule and other related issues is the researchfocus in recent years, educational time in the field, this paper aims tounderstand the institutional arrangements of the current urbanprimary schedule primary school students to participate inextracurricular sports activities, through theoretical analysis andpractical investigation of the rest system of the urban primarybasedon pupils’ learning requirements of the law of life and biologicalrhythms, combined with the arrangement of the primary schoolextracurricular sports activities, provide a scientific basis for theeducation and management, provide a reference for the guarantee tostudents every day one hour of sports activities.According to the objective of the study to the rest system andextra-curricular sports activities as the research object, ShanxiProvince, the city primary and city pupils for the survey. 132 primaryschools in the summer and winter timetable collected in 11 prefecture-level city in Shanxi Province, Datong, Taiyuan, Linfen Cityand Yuncheng City of Shanxi Province, the sample survey method toget a valid sample of 542 primary school students. The researchmethod: literature study, questionnaire survey, mathematicalstatistics, comparative analysis of law. The results show that: schoolwork and rest system of urban primary school students to participatein extracurricular sports activities can not be ignored is an importantfactor. City primary school students involved in extracurricular sportsactivities, the main school schedule, morning exercises, the largerecess activities (including calisthenics), the timing ofextra-curricular sports activities. Each city elementary school in thesummer and winter schedule arrangements are different, thearrangement of the same city school schedule is not uniform. Urbanprimary morning exercises in the rest paid insufficient attention to thetime of recess activities (including calisthenics) to the provisions ofthe relevant state departments, the timing of extra-curricular sportsactivities in about 40 minutes real time to participate inextracurricular sports activities exist loss. Urban Primarysatisfaction pupils attending the school schedule system toparticipate in recess exercise, recess activities (includingcalisthenics) exercise, extracurricular sports activities, exercise acertain degree of correlation. The higher the satisfaction of primary school students enrolled in the school schedule system andhome-school distance near the city primary school, their participationin extracurricular sports activities than other pupils.
