Having a healthy body is a basic prerequisite for young people to engage in all activities,The contradiction between the high demands of the physical and mental health of the 21 st century and the current low level of physical health of the youth has caused a great deal of attention from all walks of life.Due to academic tasks,high pressure,lack of sleep,lack of time and intensity of exercise,middle school students are becoming more and more severe with obesity,and the physical condition of students is expressed as "outside strong internal weakness." The main reason is that the work of physical education is not in place,and the most important is the serious lack of extracurricular sports activities that are an important part of school sports.Therefore,constructing a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for extracurricular sports activities for middle school students has certain theoretical and practical significance to effectively promote the physical health of young students and the implementation of extracurricular sports activities in schools.Thesis is under the background of education of core literacy,Targeting middle school students for the purpose of constructing an evaluation index system for extracurricular sports activities,Based on the theory of system evaluation and health promotion model,Comprehensive use of Delphi method,literature data method,AHP analysis method and other scientific methods,focusing on the following contents:1.Based on the two major international and domestic perspectives,a careful and detailed analysis of relevant literature on extracurricular sports activities.2.Under the background of core quality education,the contents of the index system were screened,drafted and optimized,and an evaluation index system for middle school students' extracurricular sports activities ranked by weight was constructed.On this basis,through the investigation and analysis of 10 sports education experts and professors,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The implementation of extracurricular sports activities in developed countriesin foreign countries attaches great importance to the fact that the situation is excellent and domestic.Various policies,resource allocation,and management mechanisms are relatively complete.Parents and communities are also very supportive.There are full-time teachers and specialized organizations responsible for management.However,domestic policy guidelines in this area are still relatively small.People are affected by exam-oriented education for a long time and their attention is not enough.All kinds of resources,facilities,equipment,and teachers are all lacking.2.Construct a scientific,operational,diversified and multi-level evaluation index system for extracurricular sports activities based on the five dimensions of activity management mechanism,resource allocation,activity organization,activity effect and social environment.Reflects the breadth of coverage of extracurricular sports activities.The establishment of extracurricular sports activities,the establishment of venue facilities management mechanisms,and the formulation of rules and regulations,and other 16 dimensions are secondary indicators,reflecting the diversification of evaluation of extracurricular sports activities.On the basis of this,the school will establish the organization and leadership institutions for extracurricular sports activities,guarantee one hour of physical exercise time per day,and set up 66 third-level indicators of school sports teams.3.The relative weight coefficients of each indicator of each level of the three-level index are calculated by the analytic hierarchy process.Among them,the weight values of the first-level indicators are shown as follows: extracurricular sports activity management mechanism(0.243),resource allocation index(0.3173),extracurricular sports activity organization(0.2952),extracurricular sports activity effect(0.0766),and social environment index(0.0679).It shows that the indicators of resource allocation,extracurricular sports activities,and extracurricular sports management mechanisms are relatively important.They should be valued by the school.4.Use the Kendall coefficient to test the consistency,and re-order according to the weight of the index,and put the weight value in front.Finally,the evaluation index system of the extracurricular sports activities of middle school students ranked according to the importance level is obtained.
