With the development of network communication technology and information technology, informationalized project is put into the agenda, and informational education has been turned into an important task of education reform of the major higher education institutions. In order to advance the process of higher education information technology and create a digital learning environment for students positively, domestic colleges and universities have brought in the digital platforms, represented by Blackboard platform, and teaching organization and management have been widely implemented through web-based platform. An appropriate combination of teaching mode and learning platform will make teaching effects complement each other. It is found out through literature review that the teaching model represented by curricular integration did not achieve good teaching results, while the JiTT teaching mode mainly through extra-curricular integration is more suitable for the current situation of colleges and universities in respect of the application of Internet course.JiTT teaching mode is translated into timely teaching in domestic researches, emphasizing the joint of network task-based preview and students’active learning, by the support of network. Solving teaching and learning problems through informational ways coincides with the core of the field of education technology. The present study is based on this starting point..Through literature review, the present study analyses the theoretical foundation and the network feedback feature of JTT teaching mode, and makes a nationwide survey of the domestic application of Blackboard platform. Supported by the teaching management function of Blackboard platform, the present study builds the Bb-JiTT teaching mode, guided by which a digital course is constructed and an empirical research is carried out. The result of the study is based on the collection of experimental data, SPSS data analysis and questionnaire summery.Practice has proved that:data report of the Blackboard platform can fully reflect the preview profiles of the students. Bb-JiTT teaching mode not only provides a way for students to participate in the network-based learning, but also exerts positive influence on such aspects as students’ interest in learning and self-learning ability, etc. This study also enriches the teaching mode featured by the extra-curricular integration, and provides a case for the network-based teaching and learning activities in domestic colleges and universities.
