As an important part of kindergarten education activities,kindergarten class rules are the scaffold for supporting activities,the bridge for teachers to guide children to develop behavior habits,and the important steps for guiding children to socialize.Kindergarten rules are essential to the management of children and kindergartens.However,in the process of making and implementing the rules,kindergartens do not make them play a corresponding role.There are a lot of unreasonable places in the contents of the current rules,how to improve the existing kindergarten class rules.So that more in line with the development of young children will become a problem to be solved.After combing the existing literature,using the observation method,interview method and case analysis method to make an empirical study on the kindergarten rule education situation on the basis of the existing research results.In choosing the research method,considering the particularity of the young children,choosing the observation method as the main research method,observing the contents and cases related to the children's rules and discussing the present situation observed by the kindergarten teachers and managers.Finally,through the case analysis of the reasons for the implementation of the rules.The content of the study is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,the second part is the analysis of the current situation and problems of kindergarten rule education,the third part is the analysis of the influencing factors and reasons of kindergarten class rules.The fourth part is to improve the kindergarten rule education improvement strategy suggestion.The results show that: at present,the kindergarten rulemaking concept deviates,mainly as follows: not insisting on the text of children;not obeying the subjectivity of children;and setting goals in favor of teaching management.There are some problems in the content of the rules,which mainly show that there are many temporary rules;the requirements of rule education do not accord with the characteristics of children's physical and mental development;too much attention is paid to the rules of life;The fruit is poor.In view of these problems,this paper analyzes the subjective and objective factors that affect the class rules,and puts forward the causes of the problems: the concept of making the kindergarten class rules does not really establish the values of taking the children as the basis,The rule education of kindergarten is regarded as the limitation of children's behavior,considering the factors of children's safety and health,as well as the influence of system.This paper also puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: setting up the correct concept of rule education and mastering the effective methods of improving the class rules.
