May the same year, the Ministry of Education issued a circular:primary and secondary school computer education pilot programs in primary and secondary schools, since in the eighties of the last century set off a wave of learning computer at the same time opened our primary and secondary IT (computer) disciplinary education prologue. As an ancient course of the disciplines of IT (computer), the "programming" lives in its central position. In the new class changes the programming to establish one of as middle school information technology curriculum course contents, therefore the programming teaching has also become an important aspect in the middle school information technology teaching. The programming often take some kind of programming language as a tool, gives under this language the procedure. However the program language is more abstract aridly, then how to carry on the teaching effectively in the middle school, stimulates student’s study interest, achieves the desired teaching effect, to achieve the original intention of the new curriculum at the secondary IT setup program design module-enables students to experience the algorithm thought that understood that the algorithm and the programming in solve in the question process status and the function; Can embark from the simple question, the design solves the question algorithm, and can use one kind of programming language coding to realize the algorithm initially to solve the problem, which is an important topic of middle school information technology discipline education.The Information age, the network has become the most important tools of mankind, which to school edition’s influence is profound. In a network environment, the use of IT can make the best tool to support teachers in teaching, which can build an ideal environment for exchange of learning, can improve teaching efficiency and teaching effect. Based on this, this study will be designed teaching learning programming aids Scratch used in the secondary school program to build the Scratch applied to secondary school program teaching mode and build a platform designed to support teaching in the Scratch secondary school program, to solve the programming teaching in secondary schools some of the issues to provide the operational methods and strategies.This thesis is divided into five chapters:the first chapter is the introduction, which mainly outlines the paper the research background, the research present situation of domestic and foreign, the research goal, the research mentality and the method as well as the paper structure; The second chapter summarizes for the research, involved the related concept and the rationale to the paper in which has carried on the limits; the third chapter is the pattern construction of Scratch application in the middle school programming teaching and the platform design under the network environment, first of all to build a teaching model, combined with middle school programming teaching present situation, to explore the feasibility of Scratch graphical programming tool in the teaching of programming, constructs the middle school programming educational model in its foundation, and then designed the Scratch programming teaching aids platform to achieve and demonstrate the various functional modules of the platform; The fourth chapter, in the network environment the Scratch middle school programming educational model’s application effect is carried on the analysis through the quasi-experimental study’s method; The fifth chapter is to summarize the present paper, puts forward the existence question as well as the following research direction. The research indicated:Scratch secondary program design teaching in a network environment is effective feasible, the Scratch tool can be well auxiliary and support the middle-school student programming learning; the Scratch programming teaching aids platform effectively promotes the exchange of teachers and students.Through to the network environment under the Scratch application in the middle school programming teaching’s pattern’s application effect analysis discovery, this teaching methods enhanced the enthusiasm which the student studies, is helpful in the student algorithm thought construction and the programming ability enhancement.
