National Central University, which originated from Sanjiang Normal College, established by Liangjiang Viceroy Zhang zhidong and Liu kunyi and named National Central University April.1928. It became " Capital University" at that time after changed its name for seven times. Hence there was a famous National super institution in the history of China higher education. There were some specific characteristics among philosophy of schoolings, departments setting, major regulation, teacher strength expansion and teaching activities between teachers and students in those 8 years when National Central University moved to western areas and then back to Nanjing, especially its philosophy of schooling and major setting. Through excavating and settling the history document of higher education during Anti-Japan War Period, the paper tries to analyze each items of National Central University establishing Schools in Chongqing and seeks the actual truth and deeper reason after comparing to school achievement of National Central University before Anti-Japan War Period.It introduces sense of research and current situation from the introductory theory and analyses main results and defects also the research thinking and methods. Using ways analysis key and difficult points of the text to look for the problems and the ways how to solve.The first part, taking the progress of time and history as the main clue, which analyses the background of western removing of National Central University and then describes transverse of western removing from three parts.The second part is the key and difficult points, mainly describes physical truth of National Central University establishing schools in Chongqing during Anti-Japan War Period from three items: at first, philosophy of schoolings of National Central University in war times; at second, course construction; at third, curriculum’s instruction and activities between teachers and students and emphasizing school achievement and characteristics in war times after compare to around wars.The third part, it proposes revelation to the development of higher education current era at the basis of the second part which evaluates school experiences and results during the war times.
