This study will research problem-solving which is an invisible thinking process for everyone. Many scholars have piled up a lot of original views in this field before now, but it is not more than geist experience for me. So this study should promote my cognition of problem-solving at first. On the one hand, it can through psychology mechanism help construct a system cognition in the field, which only belong to me and develop my understanding the theory factors of affecting senior high school student chemistry problem-solving. On the other hand, the expecting cognition should apply to directly analyzing and controlling the chemistry learning of senior high school student.However, the requirements of scientific research, in addition to fulfilling the needs of the researcher, must be carried a certain forward demand. In other words, the study must create some new thought which may affect other people to find some hint. Of course, it is a very high request of scientific research, which suggest that the researchers should abide by honesty to neaten and learn the previous research literature. The people who research problem-solving must base on this idea to generalize (or innovate) a use a new perspective to interpret the basic process of problem-solving. No matter what is new conclusion made by researchers, it should become a supplement for the interrelated field.As described above, it is undoubted that the study have a very real sense. This topic means "developing" at first, which is the most basic purpose. If the study can create some new idea, the the requirements of scientific research are strengthened. To say the least, its conclusion may become a supplement for the interrelated fieldIn order to achieve this expectation of the topic, the means used in this study are literature method and empirical research method.The literature method is the main means of theory research, which is based on collecting the information of this topic. It included collecting the interrelated journal papers by CNKI and English database of Southwest University (SWU), collecting the interrelated theory book by SWU library、 GuiZhou University library、GuiYang University library、GuiZhou library and online bookstore in China.Followed by in-depth study, it has spent enough time to read the collected literature, to identify、analyze and filter the information collected, to outline the important ideas、viewpoints、 ideas and research methods, and has recorded in accordance with the National Reference Standard of China.Finally, the individual understanding, which is the cognition about "problem"、"problem-solving"、"problem-solving model" and "influencing factors of problem-solving", is constructed by learning the literature selected. The theory research have a system cognition (that is carried by problem-solving) of influence factors, especially.The empirical research specially refers to the oral report and questionnaire investigation. The oral report used in empirical research has recorded aloud-information which was extracted、 neatened and analyzed then. It is a good thinking which isn’t limited by site, usually can be implement in a quiet place such as office、class、home-house etc. An important work is to coordinate interpersonal relationship, for instance, to obtain the agreement of subjects、to gain the support of people associated with the subjects. This can be finished easily.Taking into account the subjects will focus on solving-problem in the testing process, some important information which contact with senior high school chemistry problem-solving, can not be demonstrated in the information of voice expression. So this study specifically set up a questionnaire to trying to collect the subjects of chemical knowledge sources、experience of using chemical textbooks、evaluation of their own problem-solving process、change in the mood experience before and after the test.Through the implementation of the research process, this topic obtains certain results in theoretical research and empirical research.For the ttheoretical results, I have formed profound cognition of "problem" and "problem-solving" through neatening literature collected and analyzing my understanding, constructed a new process model (picture4、picture5) of problem-solving on the base of information processing theory. Followed by the model analyzing, it is constructed that the system cognition of affecting factors of problem-solving (table1). The problem of problem-solving was defined as the cognitive contradictions which produced in individual mental activity and was expected to resolve, when subjective and objective individual information reflected subjective and objective things. The first factor to be considered is external sources of information whether caused by individual attention. This factor, the desire of individual problem solving and other internal factors, together led to the generation of problem-solving processWithin the framework of the process model of problem-solving, outside information of qingjing static psychological characteristics、individual thinking activities、connection quality of inner thinking information、strategies and using strategies, and so on, these factors would have a profound impact on the process of problem-solving. The theory cognition carried by this model is the system cognition of problem-solving, which was constructed by the theoretic research.For empirical result, the externalization understanding of these factors,which include outside information of qingjing、static psychological characteristics、individual thinking activities、 connection quality of inner thinking information、strategies and using strategies, is further established through analyzing the voice informationThe factors, which formed by virtue of the theoretical analysis, can’t be direct reflection from the voice message. But the design of outside information of qingjing can markedly affect the chemistry problem-solving of subjects. Under the influence of this qingjing information, static psychological characteristics can dynamically promote to complete the process of individual chemistry problem-solving.This process has a positive teaching instructive, which teacher can discover the "can-showing-out" factors of individual chemistry problem-solving. The teacher can obtain specific ideas to contribute to the chemistry learning activity of individual.In addition, empirical research has also received some cognitive breakthrough. According the analysis of picture9, accidentally received a speculation:because of complexity outside information of qingjing, and because of request degree of problem-solving, the subjects may be deep in thought to affect the externalization (out-showing) of internal thinking. The analysis of picture10also produces an unexpected conclusion that wrong knowledge may deduce right answer for solving-problem. Undoubtedly, it has a deep philosophical meaning.
